Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
Our policy for private lessons, team training and facility closures.
1. 24-Hour Notice Requirement for Private Lessons
To respect gym reservations and Coach Charlie Miller's coaching schedule, we require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for any cancellation or reschedule of a 1-on-1 private lesson ($150).
- Cancellations with > 24 hours notice: Fully eligible to reschedule to an open training slot without penalty or receive session credit.
- Late Cancellations: Subject to a 50% session forfeiture fee to cover reserved court time.
- No-Shows (no prior notice): Forfeit the full session fee.
2. Team Training Session Policy
Team clinic appointments ($75) require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellation or reschedule, as these blocks involve dedicated full-court allocations.
3. Weather & Facility Emergency Closures
If Rosemeade Recreation Center closes due to severe weather or facility emergencies, you will be notified immediately, and your session will be rescheduled at no additional charge.
